Zonal Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day operation & maintenance of telecom and power equipment within agreed SLA and KPI from central.
  • Ensure site maintenance quality by visiting sites.
  • To support operational activities under various projects in region.
  • To manage documentation process of various activities and submit report to management.
  • Strong knowledge on KPI/ SLA/ MTTR/ LD Calculation.
  • Operational expense control.
  • Ensuring 24X7 support service.

Educational Requirements:

Diploma / B.Sc. Engineer in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 5 year experience in the Telecom.
  • Minimum experience in managing 400+ sites.
  • Strong knowledge on KPI/ SLA/ MTTR/LD Calculation.
  • Team handling capability.

Additional Requirements:

  • Should have sound knowledge in excel, good report writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Stress Management capability.
  • Spontaneous & strong leadership and teamwork.
  • Strong personality, Hardworking, Smart & Honest.
  • Coordinate in OPEX & CAPEX utilization.
