Executive/Senior Executive, HR and Admin

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist management & line manager for day to day administrative activity & HR Operations.
  • Have to maintain liaison with law enforcing agency.
  • Write administrative & HR letters & emails Ensuring HR issues – Planning, recruitment, training, and work as a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc,
  • Follow-up / handling and sustainable Technician/Labor compliance issue.
  • Employee counseling and grievance handling.
  • Ensure employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
  • Resolve administrative problems.
  • Follow up regional office rent, utility and bill checking.

Experience Requirements:

– 3/5 years’ experience (as per position) in HR and Admin and preferably in Telecom sector.

Additional Requirements:

  • Should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management.
  • Must have excellent computer skills (MS Office package -especially MS Words, MS Excel, Power Point),
  • Self-motivated and ready to travel to different parts of the country to conduct company’s HR related activities.
  • Efficient and quality work delivery.
  • Ability to work on a 24X7 recall roster.
  • Hardworking, Smart, Honest.

Educational Requirements:

MBA (Major HR/MIS)/LLB/ or any other discipline completed from reputed university.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
