Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operation & maintenance of telecom and power equipment within agreed SLA and KPI from central.
- Ensure site maintenance quality by visiting sites.
- To support operational activities under various projects in region.
- To manage documentation process of various activities and submit report to management.
- Strong knowledge on KPI/ SLA/ MTTR/ LD Calculation.
- Operational expense control.
- Ensuring 24X7 support service.
Educational Requirements:
Diploma / B.Sc. Engineer in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 year experience in the Telecom.
- Minimum experience in managing 400+ sites.
- Strong knowledge on KPI/ SLA/ MTTR/LD Calculation.
- Team handling capability.
Additional Requirements:
- Should have sound knowledge in excel, good report writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Stress Management capability.
- Spontaneous & strong leadership and teamwork.
- Strong personality, Hardworking, Smart & Honest.
- Coordinate in OPEX & CAPEX utilization.
